1. Adding a product to your shopping trolley
Once you have a product page loaded, you can add a product to your shopping trolley by clicking on the link "Add to Trolley". Your shopping trolley will be displayed containing the product you just grabbed. Then follow these easy steps to complete your purchase.
Step 1: Finalise Items
Add your product to the M-Web SafeShop 3 online ordering system. If you would like to continue shopping, click on “Continue Shopping” to return to the store and add another item.
If you would like to modify the quantity of an item you are ordering or remove an item completely from your order, you can do this in the shopping basket. Either click on “Remove” next to the item you would like to remove, or to change the quantity ordered, simply change the number under “Qty” and click on “Update Quantities".
Once you have specified items and quantities of each product you would like to order, click on “Check Out” to continue to step 2.
Step 2: Log In
If you are already registered as an M-Web SafeShop 3 shopper, click on “Log In” and type in your username and password. Then click on “OK” to go to the next step. As a registered M-Web SafeShop 3 shopper, your shipping and billing details will automatically be inserted into the online order form for you to confirm before finalising the purchase.
If you have not yet registered, you can either do it now or later at M-Web SafeShop 3 and continue with the purchasing process.
Step 3: Enter Address Details
Here your shipping details (the address the order should be delivered to) and billing details (the details of the person placing the order) are needed. If you are a registered M-Web SafeShop 3 user your details will automatically be inserted here for you to confirm.
Step 4: Delivery Details
Here you select the method of delivery you would like to use for delivery of your order.
Step 5: Confirm Details
Once you have chosen your delivery method and shipping address, M-Web SafeShop 3 can provide you with the final cost of your order – including VAT and shipping costs – before finalising your order. This page displays the shipping and billing details for you to check before submitting your order for processing. If all the details are correct and you are satisfied with the total cost of your order, you can now submit your payment details to finalise your order.
Step 6: Payment Details and Order Submission
You will be required to enter your credit card details on this page before submitting the order. You can put your mind at ease when ordering from AFRICAN SUN MeDIA using the M-Web SafeShop 3 online ordering system. Type in your credit card details and click on “Place Order” to submit your order.
Step 7: Order Confirmation
Once you have submitted your order, the next page you see is an order confirmation page to let you know that your order has been recieved. You will also recieve an e-mail at about the same time that includes a link to the order confirmation page. This link enables you to access your order details at any time. Your order confirmation page also serves as your online receipt for your purchase.
2. How do I cancel an order?
If you have recieved an order confirmation from us via e-mail you can click on the link enclosed in the e-mail you recieved. The link should take you to your online receipt, which provides you with a "cancel" button. Click on the "cancel" button on your online receipt to cancel your order. Please note that you cannot cancel an order once you have received a "shipped" notification. You will need to read our "Return Policy" in this case.
3. I would like to report a problem with the SUN-e-SHOP website
Please let us know about any problems you have with the SUN-e-SHOP website. We have gone through the SUN-e-SHOP website with a fine-toothed comb to make sure that you don't experience problems during your time with us. If, however, you do experience a glitch at the SUN-e-SHOP, please let us know what the problem was and where you experienced it. We will make sure that the problem is fixed as soon as possible.
4. Grrr! I would like to register a complaint!
By all means, please do. If you are unhappy, we are unhappy. And we would like to change that and ensure that you come back to the SUN-e-SHOP.
5. I haven't received my order yet!
Normal delivery time is 5 business days. If you did not receive a "back order" notification or a "shipment" notification from us, please contact us as soon as possible.
6. My question or problem has not been addressed here!

1. Voeg ’n produk by jou inkopies
Jy kan 'n produk in jou inkopiewaentjie plaas deur op die skakel "Add to Trolley" te klik. Jou inkopiewaentjie sal vertoon word met die produk wat jy pas bygevoeg het. Volg dan net hierdie maklike aanwysings om jou transaksie te voltooi.
Stap 1: Finaliseer Items
Voeg jou produk by die M-Web SafeShop 3-aanlynbestelsisteem. Klik op “Continue Shopping” om na die winkel terug te keer as jy nog iets wil koop.
Indien jy die hoeveelheid van ‘n item wat jy bestel wil aanpas, of ‘n item heeltemal van jou bestelling wil verwyder, kan jy dit in die inkopiewaentjie doen. Klik op “Remove” langs die item wat jy wil verwyder, of verander die hoeveelheid wat jy bestel het deur die getal in “Qty” te verander en dan op “Update Quantities” te klik.
Sodra jy al die items en hoeveelhede in jou bestelling bevestig het, klik op “Check out” om voort te gaan na Stap 2.
Stap 2: Teken In
Indien jy reeds as ’n M-Web SafeShop 3-gebruiker geregistreer is, klik op “Log In” en tik jou gebruikersnaam en wagwoord in. Klik dan op “OK” om na die volgende stap te gaan. As ‘n geregistreerde M-Web SafeShop 3-gebruiker sal jou adres en betalingsbesonderhede outomaties in die aanlynbestelvorm ingevul word sodat jy dit kan bevestig voor jy die aankoop finaliseer.
Indien jy nog nie geregistreer is nie, kan jy dit nou of later doen by M-Web SafeShop 3 en daarna voortgaan met die aankoopproses.
Stap 3: Vul Adresbesonderhede In
Hier benodig ons jou versendingsbesonderhede (die adres waar die bestelling afgelewer moet word) en betalingsbesonderhede (die besonderhede van die persoon wat die bestelling plaas). Indien jy ‘n geregistreerde M-Web SafeShop 3-gebruiker is, sal jou besonderhede outomaties hier ingevul word sodat jy dit kanbevestig.
Stap 4: Afleweringsbesonderhede
Hier kies jy die metode van aflewering wat jy graag wil gebruik vir die aflewering van jou bestelling.
Stap 5: Bevestig Besonderhede
Sodra jy ‘n afleweringsmetode en versendingsadres gekies het, sal M-Web SafeShop 3 jou voorsien van die finale koste van jou bestelling – BTW en versendingskoste ingesluit – voor jou bestelling gefinaliseer word. Hierdie bladsy vertoon die versendings- en betalingsbesonderhede sodat jy dit kan nagaan voordat jou bestelling geprosesseer word. Indien al die besonderhede korrek is en jy tevrede is met die totale koste van jou bestelling, kan jy jou betalingsbesonderhede invul om jou bestelling te finaliseer.
Stap 6: Betalingsbesonderhede en Plasing van Bestelling
Jy sal versoek word om jou kredietkaartbesonderhede op hierdie bladsy in te vul voor jou bestelling geplaas word. Jy kan gerus wees wanneer jy iets van AFRICAN SUN MeDIA bestel deur middel van die M-Web SafeShop 3-aanlynbestelsisteem. Vul jou kredietkaartbesonderhede op hierdie bladsy in en klik op “Place Order” om jou bestelling te plaas.
Stap 7: Bevestiging van Bestelling
Sodra jy jou bestelling geplaas het, sal die volgende bladsy wat jy sien ’n bevestiging vertoon om jou te laat weet dat jou bestelling ontvang is. Jy sal terselfdertyd ‘n e-pos ontvang wat ‘n skakel na die bevestigingsbladsy insluit. Hierdie skakel maak dit vir jou moontlik om jou bestellingsbesonderhede enige tyd na te gaan. Jou bevestigingsbladsy dien ook as ‘n aanlynkwitansie vir jou aankope.
2. Hoe kanselleer ek ’n bestelling?
Indien jy ’n bevestiging van jou bestelling per e-pos van ons ontvang het, kan jy klik op die skakel wat daarby ingesluit is.Die skakel sal jou na jou aanlynkwitansie neem, wat ’n “Cancel” knoppie bevat. Klik op die “Cancel”-knoppie om die bestelling te kanselleer.Let asseblief daarop dat jy nie ’n bestelling kan kanselleer as jy reeds ‘n kennisgewing ontvang het dat die bestelling versend is nie.Sien asseblief ook die bladsy oor “Terugsendings” in hierdie verband.
3. Ek wil graag ’n probleem met die SUN-e-SHOP-webwerf aanmeld
Laat ons asseblief weet van enige probleme wat jy met die SUN-e-SHOP-webwerf het. Ons het die SUN-e-SHOP-webblad gefynkam om seker te maak dat jy geen probleme sal ondervind nie. Indien jy wel ‘n gogga in die SUN-e-SHOP opspoor, laat ons asseblief weet wat die probleem was en waar jy dit teëgekom het. Ons sal seker maak dat die probleem so gou as moontlik reggestel word.
4. Grrr! Ek wil graag ’n klagte indien!
Doen dit gerus! As jy ongelukkig is, is ons ongelukkig. En daarom wil ons dit graag verander en seker maak dat jy terugkom na die SUN-e-SHOP.
5. Ek het nog nie my bestelling ontvang nie!
Die gewone afleweringstyd is 5 werksdae. Indien jy nie ‘n kennisgewing van versending van ons ontvang het nie, kontak ons asseblief so gou as moontlik.
6. My vraag of probleem word nie hier hanteer nie!
Indien jy deur hierdie lys van moontlike vrae gegaan het en vind dat joune nie hier hanteer word nie, klik asseblief op "Contact Us" en nader ons direk met jou vrae, probleme of kommentaar. Jy kan ook ons webmeester kontak by africansunmedia@sun.ac.za. Die vraag of probleem wat jy het is dalk iets wat baie van ons ander kliënte ook raak.
